It has belonged to the Maugeri family since the 1930s, when Giuseppe Maugeri bought the property from don N'zinu d'Amico. A house for late summer holidays due to the grape harvest season. The land was already occupied by the vineyard and the citrus grove, which then got the upper hand in the 1960s when the cultivation of the grapevine was abandoned in order to better exploit the real vocation of the territory, which at a low altitude and near the sea expresses itself better in the cultivation of lemons and citrus fruits.
Today with the completion of Zash, the manor house, the winery and the revival of the garden, those spaces of “old times” come back to life, full of new perspectives entirely dedicated to our guests.
