In a cozy and intimate space

In a special space where time has stopped, enabling sounds, fragrances and tastes to take over. It is in the old wine chamber, where wine was fermenting in the old days, that the charming restaurant takes place. This is the “SLOW” dimension of tastes, spaces and times, letting the old flavors and atmospheres to take over. It is within this setting that our Chef Giuseppe Raciti and his team create new culinary stories, made of creativity, tradition and territory.

CHEF GIUSEPPE RACITI

Passion and talent. Michelin star 2024

The story of chef Giuseppe Raciti is an intense one. In 2014 he began his cooking experience as a Zash chef. The great professionalism and the remarkable technical skills demonstrated in this role were rewarded in 2017 when he was awarded the title of best emerging chef under 30 2016 in Southern Italy. And in 2019 he received the first Michelin star for his work at the Zash restaurant, reconfirmed in 2024.
